Easy Return/Refund Policy
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. If for some reason ( Refer to the following notes ), you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return and refund you.

1. If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
3. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
4. The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense.
5. The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
6. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
7. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
8. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
9. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
We will sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway and get back to you asap.
